Absolutely loved my Christmas stay at this hotel! the facilities were exceptional, particularly the infinity pool and sauna. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of Asian and Western foods to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The unfinished Sky bar, as we were really looking forward to enjoying a cocktail with a view. the friendly and attentive staff more than made up for it with their personal and warm welcome.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, with a convenient bus station right in front of the building. the second-floor restaurant serves delectable Western and Asian cuisine, and the spa has a unique Jim jji Bang treatment. the rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding city.

One staff member was not very welcoming or child-friendly.

The city location is very convenient since there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. , the rooftop view is stunning during the night with city lights shining in the background. The gym facility was well equipped and spacious enough to cater to my needs.

The room was not very clean, with a moldy smell coming from the bathroom and bed sheet stains. , I had to deal with an indifferent receptionist who seemed bored with her job and was unhelpful with tourist information I needed.

Secondly, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were exceptional, particularly the infinity pool and spa which were both very relaxing. Lastly, the cleanliness of this hotel was remarkable, as every corner was spotless.

This hotel exceeded our luxury needs with its exceptional service and exclusive amenities. the spa & wellness centre, sauna, infinity pool, and beauty treatments were all exceptional. the restaurant served delicious dinners with special diet menus catered to our needs. the location advantages were also a plus, with breathtaking views of rice fields.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of privacy on the rooftop pool. Passersby could easily see into the area, so we had to be cautious and mindful of our surroundings.
